After-sales service
(1) Our company implements a 24-hour round-the-clock service system. When a notification of service demand is received from a user, our marketing service staff will reply within 24 hours to solve customer's worries.
(2) We are responsible for any damage, shortage or other quality problems before delivery for acceptance.
(3) If any quality problem exists or occurs during the quality guarantee period, and both parties confirm that it is our responsibility, we are responsible for free defects treatment or exchange or replacement, and we promise to provide service within 7 days in general, and within 3 days in case of emergencies, and the reasonable costs will be borne by us.
(4) If both parties confirm that it’s the user’s responsibility causing quality problem, we will also assist actively to solve it and meet the user's requirements.
(5) If users need our technical guidance in the process of installation and use, we will promptly send professional and technical personnel to provide free services to meet users’ requirements.
(6) Our company establishes user files, and regularly contacts users in writing and by telephone to solicit users' opinions and suggestions. We make statistics and analysis on the suggestions and quality problems that put forward by users, to constantly improve the management of the company, further improve product quality and service quality, pursue excellence and meet the needs of users.
